Stock Adjustments In Different Warehouses

Task/Problem Overview

This document will cover how to do stock adjustments for different warehouses within the application using the item manager.

Item Manager

To get started go to Inventory > Inventory Manager > Item Manager

Using the Inventory Look window, search for the item you wish to adjust. Once you’ve found your item, double-click on the item to open the Item Manager.

From the top menu, select the Warehouse button,

If your warehouse is listed, then click ‘Stock Adjustment’ button “on the lower-left corner” and proceed with adjusting your stock, if your warehouse is not listed, click add warehouse:

A new popup window will appear that gives you the option of adding your warehouse (NOTE: The warehouses are pre-listed based on your warehouse list within the Admin), then press “OK” as shown below:

Now that you added this item to this warehouse, click on the warehouse above, then click on ‘Stock Adjust’ to do your adjustments.
